Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. By using fincalhub.in you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FinCal Hub provides free, browser-based financial calculators and educational articles. The service is provided “as is”, for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every output is error-free or suitable for your individual circumstances.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is personalised financial, tax, investment, insurance or legal advice. Calculators produce estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide. Before acting on any number, verify it with a qualified professional and the official source (e.g. the Income Tax Department, RBI, or the scheme's terms).

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee returns on any investment or scheme mentioned. Historical and assumed returns are not indicative of future performance. Government scheme rates change quarterly; we label the applicable period but may lag a notification by a short time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or present our calculators as your own work. You may link to us freely. You may not frame our pages within another site without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The original text, design, and calculator code on FinCal Hub are our property. Financial formulas themselves are not proprietary; we encourage you to verify them independently.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinCal Hub and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including decisions made on the basis of calculator outputs.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is resident.
